The Crypto Coin Day Lifetime Founder Program is owned, operated, and administered by Crypto Coin Day LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing, claiming, activating, or using a Founder Seat, you agree to these Founder Terms & Conditions.

Founder status is a digital membership designation within the Crypto Coin Day ecosystem.

Founder Seats do not represent:

• Ownership in Crypto Coin Day LLC
• Equity
• Shares
• Securities
• Investment contracts
• Partnership interests
• Profit-sharing rights
• Voting rights
• Management rights
• Claims against company assets

Founder Seats are intended solely as membership, participation, community, and event-related benefits.

Crypto Coin Day LLC may issue up to 72,000 Founder Seats. Crypto Coin Day LLC does not guarantee that all 72,000 Founder Seats will be issued.

Crypto Coin Day LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or restructure the Founder Program if required by law, regulation, force majeure events, business necessity, safety concerns, technology limitations, venue limitations, or circumstances beyond its control.

The word "Lifetime" refers to the operational life of the Founder Program as maintained by Crypto Coin Day LLC. "Lifetime" does not guarantee perpetual operation forever, the permanent existence of Crypto Coin Day LLC, or the permanent availability of any specific benefit.

Benefits may evolve, change, be replaced, or be discontinued where necessary.

No Guaranteed Stadium Event:

References to stadiums, stadium capacities, attendance goals, future celebrations, large-scale events, or 72,000-person gatherings are vision statements and future objectives only. They are not contractual guarantees.

Crypto Coin Day LLC does not guarantee:

• Rental of a stadium
• Use of any specific venue
• Any specific city
• Any specific country
• Any specific attendance level
• Any specific sponsor
• Any specific speaker
• Any specific event format

Founder Seat Transfers:

Crypto Coin Day LLC may allow transfer, assignment, gifting, resale, or marketplace listing of certain Founder benefits or annual event access through approved systems.

Crypto Coin Day LLC reserves the right to approve or deny transfers, restrict transfers, suspend transfer functionality, establish transfer fees, establish transfer limits, and cancel abusive or fraudulent transfers.

No secondary market value is guaranteed. Purchasers should not acquire Founder Seats with any expectation of profit, resale value, appreciation, financial return, or future market demand.

Crypto Coin Day events are operated or promoted by Crypto Coin Day LLC and may be held in physical, virtual, or hybrid formats.

Event access is subject to:

• Venue capacity
• Ticketing rules
• Security requirements
• Government regulations
• Local laws
• Age restrictions
• Identification requirements
• Availability
• Event policies
• Safety protocols

Crypto Coin Day LLC reserves the right to change event dates, times, venues, formats, cities, schedules, speakers, sponsors, performers, programming, and access procedures.

Founder access does not guarantee VIP access, backstage access, sponsor access, travel, hotel, transportation, food, beverages, merchandise, or any other add-on unless expressly stated in writing.

Crypto Coin Day LLC shall not be responsible for travel costs, hotel costs, transportation costs, lost wages, missed flights, personal expenses, third-party expenses, or any costs resulting from event changes, postponements, or cancellations.

Force Majeure:

Crypto Coin Day LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, format changes, or inability to provide event benefits caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, venue issues, safety threats, and emergencies.

Crypto Coin Day LLC may provide membership features through CryptoCoinDay.com, Crypto720.com, related apps, websites, or approved ecosystem platforms.

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting account credentials.

The following are prohibited:

• Account sharing
• Fraud
• Multiple account abuse
• Identity manipulation
• Fake accounts
• Chargeback abuse
• Referral abuse
• Reward farming
• Bot activity
• Unauthorized automation
• Attempts to exploit rewards, benefits, or technical systems
• Harassment
• Spam
• Illegal activity

Crypto Coin Day LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and benefits at its sole discretion if abuse, fraud, legal risk, security risk, or violation of these terms is suspected.

Crypto Coin Day LLC may require identity verification before delivering certain benefits, including Founder benefits, C720-related rewards, transfers, or event access.

C720 tokens, rewards, balances, points, credits, or other digital assets associated with the Crypto720 ecosystem are intended for ecosystem utility purposes only.

C720 is not marketed as an investment.

C720 does not represent:

• Equity
• Securities
• Ownership in Crypto Coin Day LLC
• Profit-sharing rights
• Voting rights
• Claims against company assets
• Guaranteed financial return

Crypto Coin Day LLC makes no guarantee regarding market value, exchange value, liquidity, transferability, exchange listings, future utility, future availability, continued technical support, or regulatory treatment.

Digital asset features may be modified, limited, paused, suspended, or discontinued due to legal, regulatory, technical, business, or security reasons.

Users should not participate in any Founder, membership, reward, or C720-related program with an expectation of profit or appreciation.

Crypto Coin Day LLC may collect, store, and process information necessary to operate the website, Founder Program, events, memberships, payments, communications, and ecosystem features.

Founder Seat purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Founder benefits may begin immediately upon activation, including assignment of a Founder Seat Number, account status, digital badge, access rights, and C720-related benefits.

Refund requests may be denied after benefits have been delivered, activated, used, transferred, assigned, or claimed.

Crypto Coin Day LLC may deny refunds in cases involving:

• Chargeback abuse
• Account abuse
• Identity manipulation
• Violation of terms
• Use or transfer of benefits
• Delivered digital benefits
• Delivered event benefits

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law.

Users agree not to use Crypto Coin Day LLC websites, platforms, services, memberships, Founder benefits, event systems, or digital asset features for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or exploitative purposes.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Fraud
• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Threats
• Illegal activity
• Spam
• Malware
• Phishing
• Identity theft
• Impersonation
• Unauthorized automation
• Reward exploitation
• Referral abuse
• Account farming
• Attempted hacking
• Scraping
• Platform manipulation
• Circumventing security systems
• Misuse of event credentials
• Unauthorized resale outside approved systems

Crypto Coin Day LLC may investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, or permanently ban users who violate this policy.

Crypto Coin Day LLC may also withhold, cancel, or reverse benefits, rewards, event access, transfers, or C720-related features associated with prohibited conduct.
