Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.

CryptoCoinDay.com Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 29, 2025
Expiration Date: Upon the next update of these terms

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between CryptoCoinDay.com ("Company") and sponsors ("Sponsor") who purchase a sponsorship package. By becoming a Sponsor, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship Packages

CryptoCoinDay.com offers four sponsorship tiers:

  • Bronze - $300 (1 Year)

  • Silver - $600 (1 Year)

  • Gold - $1200 (1 Year)

  • Diamond - $50,000 (5 Years)

2. Sponsorship Benefits

Each sponsorship tier includes varying levels of promotional benefits, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Display of sponsor’s logo on CryptoCoinDay.com

  • Mention in newsletters and social media posts

  • Featured placement on event or promotional pages

  • Additional benefits as outlined in individual package details

3. Sponsorship Packages Breakdown

Bronze Package - $300 (1 Year)

Includes:

  • 2 General Admission Tickets for the July 20th event.

  • Sponsor Logo on the CryptoCoinDay.com website.

  • Social Media: 5 posts per week, shared by the sponsor on social media, 3 months prior to the event.

Silver Package - $600 (1 Year)

Includes everything in the Bronze Package plus:

  • 4 General Admission Tickets for the July 20th event.

  • Banner Display: The sponsor can display a banner (subject to pre-approval by our team).

  • 5 Posts per Week: Social media content shared by the sponsor, 3 months prior to the event.

Gold Package - $1200 (1 Year)

Includes everything in the Silver Package plus:

  • 5 VIP Tickets for the July 20th event.

  • 10x10 Booth Space for businesses, allowing them to set up their own business or promotions during the event.

  • 5 Posts per Week: Social media content shared by the sponsor, 3 months prior to the event.

  • Priority Placement: Featured in the event marketing materials.

Diamond Package - $50,000 (5 Years)

Includes everything in the Gold Package plus:

  • Additional VIP Access: 3 extra VIP tickets for a total of 6 VIP tickets for the July 20th event each year.

  • Exclusive Benefits: VIP access to all events throughout the 5 years, including priority seating and meet-and-greets.

  • General Admission Passes: 10 general admission passes for the July 20th event each year.

  • 5-Year Sponsorship: This package is valid for 5 years, offering long-term visibility and exposure across CryptoCoinDay events.

  • Discount for Crypto Payment: 20% discount for payments made using cryptocurrency.

  • Social Media: Sponsor provides 5 posts per week for social media (3 months before July 20th each year).

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full before the sponsorship begins.

  • Credit Card Surcharge: A surcharge of 4% will apply to all payments made by credit card.

  • Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these terms.

  • Payments can be made via [insert payment methods].

  • Discounts for Crypto Payments: 10% off for Silver, 15% off for Gold, and 20% off for Diamond packages.

5. Sponsor Obligations

  • The Sponsor must provide all necessary promotional materials (e.g., logo, website link, advertisements) in the required format and resolution.

  • The Sponsor must ensure that all provided content complies with CryptoCoinDay.com’s content guidelines and policies.

  • CryptoCoinDay.com reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any provided materials.

6. Content and Brand Usage

  • CryptoCoinDay.com reserves the right to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and related promotional materials in marketing and promotional activities.

  • The Sponsor grants CryptoCoinDay.com a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Sponsor’s trademarks and branding for promotional purposes.

7. Booth Display Approval

  • Booth Approval: All booth designs for the Gold and Diamond packages must be submitted for approval by CryptoCoinDay.com’s team at least 6 months before July 20th. Sponsors are required to provide design plans and layout for the booth setup to ensure compliance with event guidelines.

  • Failure to submit designs by the deadline may result in delays or disqualification from booth placement.

8. Termination and Refunds

  • CryptoCoinDay.com reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship agreement if the Sponsor engages in activities that violate legal, ethical, or brand standards.

  • In case of early termination by CryptoCoinDay.com, a prorated refund may be issued at its sole discretion.

  • Sponsors who voluntarily withdraw from the agreement will not be eligible for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • CryptoCoinDay.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the sponsorship agreement.

  • CryptoCoinDay.com does not guarantee specific levels of engagement, clicks, or sales resulting from sponsorship placements.

10. Changes to Terms

  • CryptoCoinDay.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Sponsors will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcement.

11. Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through negotiation or legal proceedings in Georgia.

12. Taxes

  • Local Taxes: Sponsors are responsible for any applicable local taxes, which will apply from CryptoCoinDay.com’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

  • Taxes on Payments: Taxes may be charged in accordance with Georgia tax laws and other applicable jurisdictions.

13. Age Requirement

  • Sponsors and participants must be 18 years of age or older to engage in or purchase sponsorship packages.

14. Billing and Payment Information

  • The name or company provided by the Sponsor during the registration process will be used for all billing and payment purposes.

  • Ensure that all information is correct to avoid delays or issues with billing.
